In this “online diary” I will record the steps of the very detailed training of my young dog “Hoot” from 12 months old – in the form of written explanations, sketches and videos. I will take you with me until his promotion to the highest performance class in agility.
From 12 months
The diary starts on November 15th, 2024 when Hoot celebrates his first birthday 🎂 It will end with promotion to the highest performance class in agility – or not?! So the end is still open.
Building up All Agility Obstacles
Beside the equipment that Hoot already learned – or rather was taught so far – in the second part, in this last part we complete the building up of all agility obstacles and run more and more sequences and whole courses.
Team test & competitions
In addition to the analyzes of our agility competitions I will also “take you along” with me in the preparations for the team test which is necessary in Germany to compete in Agility. The same applies here: both good and bad are shown.

Do I really see every training session?
I would definitely say “yes”! I show every step of training unedited and authentically. If I repeat a session for better understanding I will communicate this accordingly and not film it again. But my goal is really that every step in training a new obstacle or cue is understandable and traceable.
Do I need Facebook to follow the diary?
Yes and no – because the third part of the training diary also runs through my course platform, which is super easy to use, no matter whether you access it on a computer, laptop, or smartphone. Additionally, you have the option to follow the content in a Facebook group which is always the most up-to-date source. That’s why I recommend joining the Facebook group as well.
How long do I have access to the content?
Access to the content in the Facebook group remains available as long as Facebook continues to offer this feature. Please note, however, that Facebook may automatically reduce the video quality after a few months, meaning they might only be available in lower resolution! Access via the course platform does not expire.
