Essential Information
Foundations are everything
No matter if you want to pursue agility later on or any other dog sport – solid foundations are the key to building a harmonious team. In this online basic class you’ll get all the essential knowledge you need for a successful future in dog sports: from understanding what foundations really mean, to practical and fun exercises every dog should know and master. With (my own) dogs of different breeds and personalities, I share around 100 lessons packed with authentic, valuable content – accompanied by nearly three hours of video material.
And most importantly: this class isn’t just designed for puppies and young dogs, but will help you – no matter your dog’s age – to purposefully build strong and lasting foundations!
From what age?
This basic class is designed for puppies from 8 weeks of age without overwhelming them. Of course, it’s also beneficial to revisit these foundations with older puppies or even adult dogs – every dog will profit from them!
What equipment?
In this class no special agility equipment is needed, since we focus entirely on the absolute basics. You’ll only need a leash, collar or harness, treats, toys, a bed, a crate, etc. A food machine is something I highly recommend for future training but it’s not essential.
How long is access?
You’ll have full access to the online class for an entire year! The lessons are divided into different modules and are fully available right from the start – the pace of progress depends entirely on you, not on a weekly release schedule.

Ohne Motivation läuft gar nichts. Deswegen legen wir hier unser Augenmerk auf einen ausgeglichenen Futter- sowie Spielzeugtrieb.
Modul 5: Sitz, Platz und Co.
In diesem Modul fokussieren wir uns auf die Grundkommandos.
Modul 6: Bindung stärken
Viele coole Übungen, die eure Mensch-Hunde-Beziehung stärken, warten hier auf dich.
Modul 7: Apportieren
Definitiv ein Thema das Hundetypen spaltet! Während einige Hunde dieses Verhalten ganz natürlich zeigen, brauchen andere dafür ein wenig Unterstützung und lernen es Schritt für Schritt.
Modul 8: Einfach mal relaxen
In diesem Modul beschäftigen wir uns mit dem (entspannten) Warten in einer Box bzw. auf einer freien Liegefläche. Was sind die Vor- und Nachteile dieser beiden Vorgehensweisen?
Modul 9: Tricks und Körperbewusstsein
Für einen Welpen bzw. Hund, der weiss seinen Körper einzusetzen.
Modul 10: Hörst du gut zu?
In diesem Modul lernt der Hund, zwischen verschiedenen Hörzeichen zu unterscheiden und dadurch ein besseres Verständnis für Differenzierungen aller Art zu entwickeln.
Modul 11: Dies & Das
In diesem Modul veröffentliche ich alles, was keinem anderen Modul zugeordnet werden kann; wie beispielsweise “Live-Trainings”.
Modul 12: Worte zum Abschluss

Frequently Asked Questions
What participation options are available?
Auditors can be booked and started at any time – train whenever and wherever you like!
I occasionally offer working spots with a 10-week active participation but spots are very limited. New dates will primarily be announced via my newsletter and blog and sometimes also on social media.
Can I ask questions as an auditor?
Yes, of course! Please note, however, that I cannot address highly individual problems in detail. The focus is on clarifying questions about the exercises themselves. That said, thanks to the detailed exercise descriptions for different dog types I’m confident that very few questions will remain unanswered.
How long do I receive feedback with a working spot?
Working spots receive personal feedback for 10 weeks on team-related questions and videos. General questions, however, can be asked by anyone – including auditors – at any time. After the 10-week period you have the option to extend your feedback access.
How long will I have to wait for feedback?
I provide feedback on three fixed days each week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Any submissions (questions or videos) received before 4 p.m. on those days will be answered the same day.
Can I extend the feedback period?
Yes, after the 10-week period you can continue to book feedback on a monthly basis – for as long as it’s useful for you and your dog.
Can I extend my course access after it expires?
Yes, you have two options to extend access after the initial one-year period:

Submit a graduation video with a course testimonial and receive 6 extra months of access for free
What are the technical requirements for participation?
You’ll need an internet-enabled device to access the private member area which contains all course content and the community. Facebook is not required!
If you have a working spot, you should also be able to record videos of yourself and your dog (for example with a smartphone and tripod) and upload them externally (such as to YouTube with a free account).
